I am starting to teach 4 forms here. Keep learning from your book and watch utubes. Do your meditation and express it through your body movements. The energy of your body will shift because the Qi will vibrate through all 600 billion cells in your body and your body will feel open and tall and stable and strong and light. Pure love at work:) I will be teaching 4 forms. "Heaven Nature Gong" (Kuanyin Standing), "Return to Spring" "Sheng Zhen Healing Gong", and "Releasing the Heart" (Mohamed Standing).
