look at this video shot in Phong Dien-Can-Tho last week. It is Viet-Vo-Dao, Vietnamese martial art. I met the master LY who invited me to see their training. It's very impressive.

I was very impressed. However, Heath said, 'It's choreographed, that's easy to do'. So...we must see him demonstrate this next time we're all together! :)
the martial art gives children confidence. I hope our childrens to practice this sport.
