my mom told me your login info expired after awhile...i inquired as to why this happens and i got this answer:
Login information is cookie based. Have them check their cookie
policies.

ha ha. actually thien's problem was he was trying to log in with a different email address he originally signed up with...maybe this was your problem as well? i like warm chocolate chip cookies :)
I recognize my error, however I am a specialist in computer, it's time that I leave to the retirement. ;-)
