From Russia with love

Hello!
Our good friend David fell in love with a russian girl and got married last week-end. We were very lucky to be invited and jumped on the occasion to discover Moscow.
It's a lovely, huge city that is quite a change of scenery.
The hardest part was the language and writing that was far too hard for us.
We managed anyway and had a  great time.

The famous St Basil's cathedral on the Red Place

A picture of the lovebirds. They had a modern wedding mixed with traditional songs and dances. It was very fun to see.

A picture of us with the Bolchoï at the back. This is where the wedding took place. So nice.

A picture of the Patriarch's Pond, for the ones who have read "The Master and Marguerite", this is where the book starts. It's one of my favorite book.

The Kremlin

The Christ's cathedral. Loïc is the tiny thing in red in the middle to give you an idea of the size of the building! It was destroyed by Staline and rebuilt a few years ago with the help of the Mafia's money!

The Radisson's hotel. Wish we could have stayed there! Too expensive though. Moscow has the highest number of millionnaire in the world!
