Hi! So this is what we've been doing at school the whole week... The mock-up of our eco-house project ! It took us 3 long days... I can't believe we're gonna have to undo all of it tomorrow night, when the open doors are over !!!
I loved this project, but i wish I could have gone further...
Phuong, we had to have a vegetal roof (is it how you call it ?), this way you gain isolation and it's good for the air (for example in the cities) and for this project it created a cohesion between the 40 houses (I hope I'm beeing understood, it's hard to explain !)
But we wouldn't do it for a snow country, it would be frozen ! and you need a big slope when it's snowing. But vertical vegetal roofs exists, but it wouldn't fit in a cold country.
